The integrated leadership and communication toolbox

With an emphasis on the EFQM modell we pursue the idea of developing digital tools (web and mobile) to facilitate personnel management as well as employee communication, keeping true to the mission statement and sharing information within the business.

The idea of an employee ratings ticker (MAX) was already conceived of in the Schindlerhof in 2002 and continuously improved over the following years. Since then we have expanded upon MAX (Mitarbeiter Aktien Index; German, literally meaning "employee stock index") to a whole suite of tools consisting of several different modules. The modules can be used on all devices: Not only on PCs and Macs but also on Android and Apple smartphones and tablets.

The different tools can be purchased and utilized independently or in combination with others.
